Description

【0001】

It is related with the container for conveyance comprised as follows.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a transporting container that can be stacked or stacked is formed in an inclined shape so that each side wall extends slightly outward toward the opening edge, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-40453. The bulging part is formed asymmetrically on the side wall, and the upper container is rotated 180 degrees in the horizontal plane with respect to the lower container so that the bulging parts of the upper and lower container containers are staggered and stacked. As is known from the type that can be (hereinafter referred to as stacking) and the registered utility model of the present applicant, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-34815, etc. A support leg that protrudes from the outer surface of the side wall and rides on the opening edge of the container, and a pocket part that is recessed on the inner side surface of the container by bulging a part of the side wall and into which the support leg can be fitted. Shape Then, by rotating the upper container 180 degrees within the horizontal plane and placing it on the lower container, the upper container support legs are fitted into the pockets of the lower container, and the containers are overlapped (hereinafter referred to as nesting). ) There are some types that you can do.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the container for transporting (hereinafter referred to as SN container) that enables stacking and nesting in this way will be used together with the normal container (hereinafter referred to as normal container) as shown in FIG. Then, if the SN container and the normal container have the same outer diameter, mutual fitting at the time of stacking may become impossible. That is, even when SN containers and normal containers are used in combination, it is often necessary to make the outer dimensions the same for the convenience of existing facilities such as automatic warehouses and conveyors, in which case mutual fitting becomes impossible. It was difficult to sequentially switch from the normal container to the SN container.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is intended to provide an SN container capable of solving such problems, and each side wall is formed in an inclined shape so as to expand slightly toward the opening edge, and a flange is outwardly directed to the opening edge. A flange portion of the lower container is formed by forming a support leg part and a pocket part into which the support leg part can be fitted on the side wall, and rotating the upper container 180 degrees in a horizontal plane with respect to the lower container. In a rectangular transport container in which an upper container is stacked on top or an upper container is stacked in a lower container, a concave edge portion having a stepped shape is formed on the inner edge of the flange. The upper container is stacked on the edge by supporting the support legs of the upper container, and the ribs protruding from the lower side of the support legs are loosely fitted on the outer side wall of the upper container. The inner edge of the concave edge Both end portions are formed so that the tapered upper extent as viewed from the vessel inwardly oriented opening shape container inwardly, the container of the inner peripheral edge of the corresponding flange corner recess edge at the same level It is characterized by forming an arcuate concave edge portion for normal container position mounting having a width dimension matched to the outer dimension of the normal container.
[0006]
Moreover, the present invention is characterized in that in the above-mentioned transport container, the recesses are formed in series on the inner edge of the recessed edge portion.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a transport container according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view. The container for transportation is a rectangular container in which the long side walls 1 and 2 and the short side walls 3 and 4 are inclined so as to extend slightly outward toward the opening edge 5, and the flange 5 is formed in an outward bowl shape on the opening edge of the container. Formed. Reference numeral 6 denotes a reinforcing rib formed on the outer surface of the container at a distance from the flange 5. In this container, four pairs of supporting leg portions and pocket portions having point symmetry with respect to the center point O are formed on the long side walls 1 and 2 and the short side walls 3 and 4 as follows.
[0008]
In other words, the long side walls 1 and 2 have a point A composed of a supporting leg portion 7A and a pocket portion 8A in a point-symmetrical position, and a pair B composed of a supporting leg portion 7B and a pocket portion 8B in a point-symmetrical position. A pair C consisting of the support leg 7C and the pocket 8C at the symmetrical position and a pair D consisting of the support leg 7D and the pocket 8D at the point symmetrical positions are formed. The support legs 7A to 7D protrude outward from the outer surfaces of the long side walls 1 and 2. Further, the pocket portions 8A to 8D bulge a part of the long side walls 1 and 2 outward so that the inner surface of the container is recessed, and the support legs 7A to 7D are inserted into the pocket portions 8A to 8D. It is formed in a possible size. In addition, vertical streak-like gathering ribs 9A to 9D project from the outer surfaces of the long side walls 1 and 2 below the support legs 7A to 7D, respectively.
[0009]
On the other hand, the short side walls 3 and 4 have a pair G of a supporting leg portion 10G and a pocket portion 11G in a point-symmetrical position, and a pair H of a supporting leg portion 10H and a pocket portion 11H in a point-symmetrical position. A pair I consisting of the supporting leg portion 10I and the pocket portion 11I in the symmetrical position and a pair J consisting of the supporting leg portion 10J and the pocket portion 11J in the point symmetrical position are formed. The supporting leg portions 10G to 10J protrude outward from the outer surfaces of the short side walls 3 and 4. In addition, the pocket portions 11G to 11J bulge a part of the short side walls 3 and 4 outward so that the inner side surface of the container is recessed, and the support legs 10G to 10J are inserted into the pocket portions 11G to 11J. It is formed in a possible size. In addition, vertical streak-like gathering ribs 12G to 12J project from the outer surfaces of the short side walls 3 and 4 below the supporting leg portions 10G to 10J.
[0010]
Each of the pocket portions 8A to 8D and 11G to 11J is formed so that the bottom ribs are stepped so that the shifting ribs 9A to 9D and 12G to 12J can be fitted therein.
[0011]
Accordingly, in the present invention, the concave edge portion 13 which is lowered in a step shape is formed on the inner edge of the flange 5, and the inner peripheral edge of the flange corresponding to the corner portion of the container is at the same level as the concave edge portion 13. An arcuate concave edge portion 14 is provided which is lowered in a step shape and has a width dimension adapted to the outer dimension of the normal container for mounting the normal container position. Reference numeral 15 denotes a recess formed on the inner edge of the concave edge portion 13 so as to face the above-mentioned approaching ribs 9A to 9D and 12G to 12J. It is formed in such a manner that both ends are inclined upward as viewed from the inside of the container.
[0012]
In the transport container configured as described above, when the upper container (SN container) is placed on the lower container (SN container) without rotating, as shown in FIG. 6, the flange 5 of the lower container The support legs 7A to 7D and the support legs 10G to 10J of the upper container are supported on the concave edge 13 and can be stacked. At that time, the upper ribs 9A to 9D and 12G to 12J of the upper container are loosely fitted into the recesses 15 of the lower container. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the upper container is rotated 180 degrees in the horizontal plane and placed on the lower container, the dimensions of the respective pairs match each other. The support legs 7A to 7D and the support legs 10G to 10J of the upper container are fitted into 8D and 11G to 11J to be in a nesting state.
[0013]
Further, when a normal container having the same outer diameter as shown in FIG. 10 is placed on the lower container (SN container), as shown in FIG. Since the bottom four corners of the normal container are supported and the horizontal shape of the upper container is prevented due to this stepped form, stacking can be stably performed in multiple stages. Of course, it is possible to stack SN containers on a normal container.
[0014]
On the other hand, FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the transport container according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the recess 15 is formed in a series on the inner edge of the concave edge portion, thereby The loose ribs 9A to 9D and 12G to 12J loosely fitted in the recess 15 can freely move in the longitudinal direction in the recess, so that the upper container is placed on the flange of the lower container in the stacking operation. It becomes possible to slide and it becomes easy to perform stacking work.
[0015]
In this embodiment, four pairs of support legs and pockets are formed on each of the long side walls 1 and 2 and the short side walls 3 and 4, but they may be formed only on one side wall. Further, the SN container shown in this embodiment has been described as a type that is nested by rotating the upper container 180 degrees in the horizontal plane with respect to the lower container, but the upper container with respect to the lower container. It can also be applied to a container of a type that can be stacked by rotating 180 degrees in a horizontal plane.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention , the upper stage is formed in the recess formed so that the inner edge of the concave edge portion is open toward the inside of the container and the both end portions are inclined upward as viewed from the inside of the container. by container asked ribs were so loosely fitted, Rutotomoni upper container stacked stably, the inner peripheral edge of the flange corresponding to the corner portion of the container has dropped stepwise at the same level Since the arc-shaped concave edge having a width matching the outer dimension of the normal container is formed, the existing normal container can be stably supported on the arc-shaped concave edge and can be used without any problem. Therefore, there is a beneficial effect such as switching from the normal container smoothly.
