Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 金属より本質的になる微細孔を有する基礎コートと、
少なくとも表面はセラミックより本質的になり、前記微細孔に充填された球状の粒子と、
を備えた、部品を摩耗から保護するための保護コート。 - 前記基礎コートは、前記部品をワークピースとして、前記金属より本質的になる電極から前記部品上に放電堆積することにより形成されたものである、請求項1の保護コート。
- 前記部品に対する界面を覆う、前記部品に向かって組成が傾斜的に変化する融合層、
をさらに備えた、請求項1の保護コート。 - 前記融合層は、3μm以上かつ20μm以下の厚さを有する、請求項3の保護コート。
- 対象部を有する本体と、
金属より本質的になる微細孔を有する、前記対象部を覆う基礎コートと、
少なくとも表面はセラミックより本質的になり、前記微細孔に充填された球状の粒子と、
を備えた、ガスタービンエンジンに適用される部品。 - 前記基礎コートは、前記本体をワークピースとして、前記金属より本質的になる電極から前記本体上に放電堆積することにより形成されたものである、請求項5の部品。
- 前記本体に対する界面を覆う、前記本体に向かって組成が傾斜的に変化する融合層、
をさらに備えた、請求項5の部品。 - 前記融合層は、3μm以上かつ20μm以下の厚さを有する、請求項7の部品。
- 金属より本質的になる微細孔を有する本体と、
少なくとも表面はセラミックより本質的になり、前記微細孔に充填された球状の粒子と、
を備えた、擦動を受ける部位に適用される金属構造体。 - 前記本体と前記粒子は、前記金属より本質的になる粉末と、前記セラミックより本質的になる粉末との混合粉末を焼結することにより形成されている、請求項9の金属構造体。
