Description

The present invention relates to a toilet seat or toilet lid opening / closing device provided in a Western-style toilet and a transmission unit constituting the opening / closing device.
Background art
Conventional Western-style toilets have a simple structure in which the toilet seat and toilet lid stand upright and are pivotally supported so that they can be laid down on the upper surface of the rim on the back side of the toilet body. Such a toilet has a structure in which a toilet seat and a toilet lid are pivotally supported by a storage case disposed on the upper surface portion of the rim. Such a storage case has built-in electrical parts for operating and controlling the hot water washing function and the toilet seat heating function, and therefore has to have a shape that protrudes higher than the upper surface of the rim. The pivot support position of the toilet lid is higher than that of the conventional Western-style toilet.
When the pivotal support position of the toilet seat and toilet lid is increased in this way, it becomes difficult to stand the toilet seat and toilet lid upright when boys are small, and the toilet seat and toilet lid will fall down during small use. There was a risk.
Therefore, in order to prevent such inconvenience, in a toilet bowl equipped with a warm water washing toilet seat device, an automatic opening / closing device or toilet seat that automatically opens and closes the toilet seat and toilet lid by a detection signal of a user or a remote control operation, or a toilet lid By providing a torsion spring that urges the toilet seat and toilet lid toward the open side in the damper device for gently closing the door, an automatic opening / closing device or an opening / closing control unit integrating the damper device and the torsion spring is provided. The open / close control unit is fixed in the storage case of the hot water flush toilet device. By adopting such a structure, the toilet seat and the toilet lid can be opened lightly, and the toilet seat and the toilet lid are opened in an open state (the toilet seat and the toilet lid are self-supporting), and are closed unexpectedly. Can be prevented.
By the way, in the field of product development, in order to efficiently form a wide variety of product groups that can respond to various market needs, for example, various variations according to various requests of customers based on one basic specification We often develop products with
Therefore, automatic opening and closing devices and damper devices for hot water flush toilet seats have been developed to accommodate different types of toilet seats and different weight characteristics of toilet lids in various product variations. It is necessary to do. For this reason, in automatic opening and closing devices, for example, increasing the torque of the drive motor, changing the gear reduction ratio of the drive system, changing the specifications of the torsion spring, etc., product development according to various variations Has been done. Also, the damper device has been developed according to various product variations by increasing or decreasing the volume of the damper chamber or changing the specifications of the torsion spring, for example.
For this reason, the types of parts increase with the increase in product variations, resulting in not only great manufacturing costs and management costs, but also the production of parts takes a long time. In addition, as the number of variations increases, the assembly cost and the management cost during manufacturing also increase.
Further, in the conventional warm water washing toilet seat device, the torsion spring for biasing the toilet seat and the toilet lid to the open side is provided in the automatic opening / closing device or the damper device. Increasing the size is inevitable, and this is one of the factors that hinder the weight reduction and compactness of the warm water washing toilet seat device.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and is relatively small in size, and can stably hold the toilet seat and toilet lid in an upright posture, and can cope with the magnitude of the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and toilet lid. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a toilet seat or toilet lid opening / closing device and a transmission unit constituting the opening / closing device that can share components.
Disclosure of the invention
The toilet seat or toilet lid opening and closing device of the present invention has a shaft disposed on the pivot centerline of the toilet seat or toilet lid that pivots up and down around the base end, and is indirectly attached to the base end of the toilet body or toilet seat. A fixed opening / closing control unit, a rotation shaft arranged on the rotation center line and connected to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit, and a biasing force for urging the rotation shaft in the opening direction of the toilet seat or toilet lid And a transmission unit having means. With such a configuration, the opening / closing control unit that controls the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid and the transmission unit that urges the toilet seat or the toilet lid in the opening direction can be separated, so that the size can be reduced. The toilet seat or the toilet lid can be stably held in an upright posture, and the components can be shared in accordance with the magnitude of the weight torque of the toilet seat and the toilet lid.
Here, the opening / closing control unit is indirectly fixed to the toilet body, the transmission unit is disposed at a proximal end portion of the toilet seat or toilet lid, and one end portion of the rotating shaft is separated into a shaft body of the opening / closing control unit. It can be set as the structure connected as possible. With such a configuration, the transmission unit can be detached from the opening / closing control unit together with the toilet seat or the toilet lid, so that workability at the time of cleaning or the like is improved. In addition, since the transmission unit can be replaced while leaving the opening / closing control unit on the toilet side, it is possible to make the components common in accordance with the magnitude of the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and toilet lid.
If the opening / closing control unit is an opening / closing control unit having a power source for rotationally driving the shaft body, the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid can be automated, thereby eliminating the burden on the user. it can. In addition, if the opening / closing control unit is a damper unit having a function of controlling the rotation of the rotation shaft of the transmission unit in the closing direction of the toilet seat or toilet lid, the toilet seat or toilet lid can be used without relying on human power after use. Can be closed slowly, so that noise generation and component damage can be prevented.
Here, it is desirable to provide fitting means for detachably connecting the open / close control unit and the transmission unit. By providing such fitting means, it is possible to improve the attaching / detaching workability of the transmission unit with respect to the opening / closing control unit, and the connected state is also stabilized.
As the fitting means, it is desirable to provide a projecting portion on one of the opening / closing control unit and the transmission unit, and to provide a sandwiching portion for sandwiching the projecting portion on the other. With such a configuration, it is possible to attach and detach both of them without using a tool with a simple operation of inserting and removing the protruding portion from and into the holding portion.
Moreover, it is desirable to provide a guide surface for guiding the protruding portion to the fitting position of the clamping portion at a part of the protruding portion. If such a guide surface is provided, it is possible to smoothly guide the projecting portion to a predetermined position of the clamping portion while sliding the projecting portion against the guide surface, so that the connection workability is greatly improved and reliable. Can be connected.
On the other hand, as a connecting means between the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit and the rotating shaft of the transmission unit, a projecting portion is provided on one of the shaft end surfaces of the shaft body or the rotating shaft, and the projecting portion on the other shaft end surface It is desirable to provide a notch part into which the part can be fitted. If such a connecting means is provided, it becomes possible to attach and detach both of them without using a tool with a simple operation of fitting the protruding portion of one shaft end surface into the notch portion of the other shaft end surface. .
In this case, if a guide surface for guiding the projecting portion to the fitting position of the notch portion is provided on a part of the notch portion, the projecting portion on one shaft end surface is the guide surface as described above. Thus, it is possible to smoothly guide to a predetermined position of the notch portion of the other shaft end surface while being in sliding contact with each other, so that connection workability is improved and a reliable connection state is obtained.
Furthermore, a biasing force generating mechanism for generating a biasing force on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit by connecting the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit and the rotation shaft of the transmission unit may be provided. With such a configuration, it is possible to immediately generate a biasing force on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit by connecting the rotation shaft of the transmission unit to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit. Will improve.
Next, the transmission unit of the present invention includes a rotary shaft having a connecting means with a shaft body of an opening / closing control unit that is indirectly fixed to a toilet body or a base end of a toilet seat, and the rotary shaft is rotatably accommodated. And a biasing means disposed in the storage cylinder and biasing the rotating shaft in a certain direction. By adopting such a configuration, the opening / closing device can be configured by combining the opening / closing control unit that controls the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid with the toilet seat or the toilet lid. Is possible. In addition, when the toilet seat or toilet lid opening / closing device is configured, the toilet seat or toilet lid can be stably held in an upright position, and the components can be shared in accordance with the magnitude of the weight of the toilet seat and toilet lid. Can do.
Here, it is desirable to provide a stopper for determining the rotation start position of the rotation shaft in order to maintain the rotation shaft in the biased state. With such a configuration, when the opening / closing device is configured by combining the transmission unit with the opening / closing control unit and the toilet seat or the toilet lid, immediately after the rotation shaft of the transmission unit is connected to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit. Since an urging force can be generated on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit, the function of preventing the toilet seat or the toilet lid from falling down can be improved.
On the other hand, if a plurality of torsion springs are arranged in the storage cylinder of the transmission unit, the urging force can be changed by selecting the torsion spring, so that it is possible to accurately cope with the variety of weight torque of the toilet seat or toilet lid. It becomes like this. Further, since the stress generated in the torsion spring and the support member that supports the torsion spring can be dispersed, the durability of the torsion spring and the support member is also improved.
A torsion spring provided with an intermediate rotation shaft disposed coaxially with the rotation shaft in the storage cylinder, one end of which is locked to the storage cylinder and the other end is locked to the intermediate rotation shaft; A structure in which a torsion spring having one end locked to the intermediate rotating shaft and the other end locked to the rotating shaft may be provided. With such a configuration, even when a sufficient space for spring arrangement cannot be secured, the number of turns of the torsion spring can be increased in the storage cylinder, so that a spring having a relatively small spring constant can be used. Since the torque change can be reduced, the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid becomes smooth and incomplete closing can be prevented.
Furthermore, if a waterproof means for preventing water intrusion into the storage cylinder is provided, rusting and corrosion of metal parts such as a torsion spring built in the storage cylinder can be prevented, so that reliability and durability can be prevented. Improves.

As shown in FIG. 19, the “toilet seat self-weight torque” of the product A is larger than the “toilet seat self-weight torque” of the product B in the entire range of the “toilet seat rotation angle”. In such products A and B, when a torque for biasing each toilet seat in the opening direction is applied using a seat transmission unit incorporating a torsion spring having different torque characteristics as shown in FIG. 20, it is shown in FIG. Thus, the “combined torque” (combined torque of the toilet seat self-weight torque and the spring torque of the seat transmission unit) in the products A and B can be made substantially equal.
Therefore, multiple types of seat transmission units with built-in torsion springs with different torque characteristics are prepared in advance, and depending on the difference in toilet seat weight torque in various product variations, it is appropriate from these seat transmission unit groups. If the weight of the toilet seat is different for each product, the "combined torque" of the "toilet seat own weight torque" and the "spring torque" of the seat transmission unit will be approximately equal. be able to.
In this way, even if the weight torque varies depending on the type of toilet seat, by selecting and using a seat transmission unit with a built-in torsion spring with torque characteristics suitable for each toilet seat, it is possible to The “synthetic torque” can be made substantially equal to the “spring torque” of the seat transmission unit.
【0085】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a toilet seat or toilet lid opening / closing device equipped in a Western-style toilet and a transmission unit constituting the opening / closing device.
[0002]
BACKGROUND ART A conventional Western-style toilet has a simple structure in which a toilet seat and a toilet lid are supported on a rim upper surface portion on the back side of a toilet body so as to be able to stand and fall down. Such a toilet has a structure in which a toilet seat and a toilet lid are pivotally supported in a storage case arranged on the upper surface portion of the rim. Such a storage case has built-in electrical parts for operating and controlling the hot water washing function and the toilet seat heating function, and therefore has to have a shape that protrudes higher than the upper surface of the rim. The pivot support position of the toilet lid is higher than that of the conventional Western-style toilet.
[0003]
When the pivotal support position of the toilet seat and toilet lid is increased in this way, it becomes difficult to stand the toilet seat and toilet lid upright when boys are small, and the toilet seat and toilet lid will fall down during small use. There was a risk.
[0004]
[0005]
By the way, in the field of product development, in order to efficiently form a wide variety of product groups that can respond to various market needs, for example, various variations according to various requests of customers based on one basic specification We often develop products with
[0006]
[0007]
For this reason, the types of parts increase with the increase in product variations, resulting in not only great manufacturing costs and management costs, but also the production of parts takes a long time. In addition, as the number of variations increases, the assembly cost and the management cost during manufacturing also increase.
[0008]
Further, in the conventional warm water washing toilet seat device, the torsion spring for biasing the toilet seat and the toilet lid to the open side is provided in the automatic opening / closing device or the damper device. Increasing the size is inevitable, and this is one of the factors that hinder the weight reduction and compactness of the warm water washing toilet seat device.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and is relatively small in size, and can stably hold the toilet seat and toilet lid in an upright posture, and can cope with the magnitude of the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and toilet lid. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a toilet seat or toilet lid opening / closing device and a transmission unit constituting the opening / closing device that can share components.
[0010]
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The toilet seat or toilet lid opening and closing device of the present invention has a toilet seat that pivots up and down around the base end or a shaft disposed on the pivot centerline of the toilet lid, and the proximal end of the toilet body or toilet seat An opening / closing control unit that is indirectly fixed to the opening, a rotating shaft that is arranged on the rotation center line and that is connected to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit, and the rotating shaft is biased in the opening direction of the toilet seat or toilet lid And a transmission unit having an urging means.
[0011]
[0012]
If the opening / closing control unit is an opening / closing control unit having a power source for rotationally driving the shaft body, the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid can be automated, thereby eliminating the burden on the user. it can. In addition, if the opening / closing control unit is a damper unit having a function of controlling the rotation of the rotation shaft of the transmission unit in the closing direction of the toilet seat or toilet lid, the toilet seat or toilet lid can be used without relying on human power after use. Can be closed slowly, so that noise generation and component damage can be prevented.
[0013]
Here, it is desirable to provide fitting means for detachably connecting the open / close control unit and the transmission unit. By providing such fitting means, it is possible to improve the attaching / detaching workability of the transmission unit with respect to the opening / closing control unit, and the connected state is also stabilized.
[0014]
As the fitting means, it is desirable to provide a projecting portion on one of the opening / closing control unit and the transmission unit, and to provide a sandwiching portion for sandwiching the projecting portion on the other. With such a configuration, it is possible to attach and detach both of them without using a tool with a simple operation of inserting and removing the protruding portion from and into the holding portion.
[0015]
Moreover, it is desirable to provide a guide surface for guiding the protruding portion to the fitting position of the clamping portion at a part of the protruding portion. If such a guide surface is provided, it is possible to smoothly guide the projecting portion to a predetermined position of the clamping portion while sliding the projecting portion against the guide surface, so that the connection workability is greatly improved and reliable. Can be connected.
[0016]
On the other hand, as a connecting means between the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit and the rotating shaft of the transmission unit, a projecting portion is provided on one of the shaft end surfaces of the shaft body or the rotating shaft, and the projecting portion on the other shaft end surface It is desirable to provide a notch part into which the part can be fitted. If such a connecting means is provided, it becomes possible to attach and detach both of them without using a tool with a simple operation of fitting the protruding portion of one shaft end surface into the notch portion of the other shaft end surface. .
[0017]
In this case, if a guide surface for guiding the projecting portion to the fitting position of the notch portion is provided on a part of the notch portion, the projecting portion on one shaft end surface is the guide surface as described above. Thus, it is possible to smoothly guide to a predetermined position of the notch portion of the other shaft end surface while being in sliding contact with each other, so that connection workability is improved and a reliable connection state is obtained.
[0018]
Furthermore, a biasing force generating mechanism for generating a biasing force on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit by connecting the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit and the rotation shaft of the transmission unit may be provided. With such a configuration, it is possible to immediately generate a biasing force on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit by connecting the rotation shaft of the transmission unit to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit. Will improve.
[0019]
Can do.
[0020]
Here, it is desirable to provide a stopper for determining the rotation start position of the rotation shaft in order to maintain the rotation shaft in the biased state. With such a configuration, when the opening / closing device is configured by combining the transmission unit with the opening / closing control unit and the toilet seat or the toilet lid, immediately after the rotation shaft of the transmission unit is connected to the shaft body of the opening / closing control unit. Since an urging force can be generated on the rotation shaft of the transmission unit, the function of preventing the toilet seat or the toilet lid from falling down can be improved.
[0021]
On the other hand, if a plurality of torsion springs are arranged in the storage cylinder of the transmission unit, the urging force can be changed by selecting the torsion spring, so that it is possible to accurately cope with the variety of weight torque of the toilet seat or toilet lid. It becomes like this. Further, since the stress generated in the torsion spring and the support member that supports the torsion spring can be dispersed, the durability of the torsion spring and the support member is also improved.
[0022]
[0023]
Furthermore, if a waterproof means for preventing water intrusion into the storage cylinder is provided, rusting and corrosion of metal parts such as a torsion spring built in the storage cylinder can be prevented, so that reliability and durability can be prevented. Improves.

FIG. 19 is a graph showing the relationship between “toilet seat rotation angle” and “toilet seat own weight torque” in two types of toilet seat devices (product A and product B) having different toilet seat weight torques, and FIG. FIG. 21 is a graph showing the relationship between each “toilet seat rotation angle” and “spring torque” of the seat transmission unit, and FIG. 21 shows the “toilet seat rotation angle” for each of the products A and B, the toilet seat self-weight torque, It is a graph which shows the relationship with the "combined torque" with the spring torque of a transmission unit.
[0058]
[0059]
Therefore, multiple types of seat transmission units with built-in torsion springs with different torque characteristics are prepared in advance, and depending on the difference in toilet seat weight torque in various product variations, it is appropriate from these seat transmission unit groups. If the weight of the toilet seat is different for each product, the "combined torque" of the "toilet seat own weight torque" and the "spring torque" of the seat transmission unit will be approximately equal. be able to.
[0060]
In this way, even if the weight torque varies depending on the type of toilet seat, by selecting and using a seat transmission unit with a built-in torsion spring with torque characteristics suitable for each toilet seat, it is possible to The “synthetic torque” can be made substantially equal to the “spring torque” of the seat transmission unit. Therefore, the opening / closing control unit 5 or the damper device constituting the opening /

For example, as shown in FIG. 22, when there are four types of toilet seats (toilet lids) having different shapes and dimensions, the four types of transmission units (1) to (1) to the respective toilet seats (toilet lids) vary depending on their own weight torque. If (4) is prepared, four types of switching devices can be configured by combining one type of switching control unit (or damper unit) and four types of transmission units (1) to (4). Even if there are four types of toilet seats (toilet lids), one type of opening / closing control unit (or damper unit) can be used. That is, the opening / closing control unit (or damper unit) can be shared, and the manufacturing cost and management cost of the opening / closing device can be reduced.
