Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a switch device and a communication device for a switch device of a toilet seat or a toilet cover that are mounted on a toilet seat. [Prior Art] A conventional seat type toilet is a simple structure in which a toilet seat and a toilet seat can be erected and supported on the upper side of the back side of the toilet body, but in recent years, a warm water washing toilet seat is gradually provided. The tendency of the device or the warm toilet seat device, in the case of such a toilet, is constructed by pivoting the toilet seat and the toilet lid to the casing disposed on the upper portion of the edge. Such a case has a protruding shape that is higher than the upper portion of the edge due to the warm water washing function or the heating function of the toilet seat, and the like, so that the toilet is formed. The position of the seat of the seat and the toilet cover becomes higher than that of the conventional seat type toilet. When the position of the shaft of the toilet seat and the toilet lid becomes so high, it is difficult to hold the toilet seat and the toilet lid when the man is used for small size, and it may become a small toilet. A situation in which the seat or the toilet lid has fallen down. Therefore, in order to prevent such inconvenience, the toilet equipped with the warm water washing toilet seat device is an automatic switch device for automatically switching the toilet seat and the toilet cover by an electric detection signal or a remote control operation by a user. A torsion spring that can push the toilet seat and the toilet lid to the opening side is provided in the cushioning device that can gently close the toilet seat and the toilet cover to form an automatic switch device or 5·1253920 (2) The switch unit and the torsion spring are integrated into a unit that fixes the switch unit in the casing of the warm water washing toilet seat device. By forming such a structure, the toilet seat and the toilet lid can be lightly opened to ensure the open state of the toilet seat and the toilet lid (the toilet seat and the toilet lid are in a self-standing state), thereby preventing non- An intentional shutdown has occurred. However, on the site of product development, it is developed to efficiently develop a variety of products that can be varied for various market needs. For example, most of them are aimed at satisfying customers according to a basic specification. Various types of products that require a variety of changes are required for development. Therefore, for the automatic switch device and the buffer device for the warm water washing toilet seat device, it is also necessary to develop an automatic switch that can be separately handled in accordance with the difference in the self-weight and torque characteristics of the toilet seat and the toilet lid of various types of products. Device and buffer device. Therefore, the automatic switching device can be developed for various types of products, for example, by increasing the torque of the drive motor, changing the reduction ratio of the gear of the drive system, or changing the specifications of the torsion spring. Further, the cushioning device can be developed, for example, by increasing or decreasing the volume of the buffer chamber or changing the specifications of the torsion spring. Therefore, as the change in commodities increases, not only does it generate huge manufacturing costs and management costs, but it takes a long time to manufacture parts. In addition, due to the increase in the number of changes, the assembly cost or the management cost at the time of manufacture is also increased. In addition, in the conventional warm water washing toilet seat device, since the torsion spring that can push the toilet -6-1253920 (3) seat and the toilet cover to the opening side is provided in the automatic switching device or the buffer device, It is unavoidable that the installation space of the torsion spring is required to increase the size of the devices, which is a major cause of hindering the weight reduction and miniaturization of the warm water washing toilet seat device. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the invention is to provide a small type that can stably hold a toilet seat and a toilet seat in a standing position, and can also be used for a toilet seat or a toilet cover. The self-weight torque is used to realize the communication device of the switch device and the switch device of the toilet seat or the toilet cover which constitute the commonality of the components. A switch device for a toilet seat or a toilet lid according to the present invention is characterized in that it is indirectly fixed to a shaft body having a toilet seat and a toilet center cover which are respectively disposed at a bottom end portion and can be respectively pivoted up and down. a switch control unit on the bottom of the toilet body or the toilet seat; and a "rotation shaft that is coupled to the shaft of the switch control unit disposed on the rotation center line" and "can push the rotation shaft to the toilet The communication unit of the bouncing means of the opening direction of the seat or the toilet lid. In such a configuration, since the switch control unit that operates the switch of the toilet seat or the toilet lid and the communication unit that can push the toilet seat or the toilet lid in the opening direction are individualized, the compact type body can be realized. The toilet seat or the toilet lid can be stably maintained in a standing position, and the commonality of the constituent parts can be realized by the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and the toilet lid. Here, the configuration may be such that the switch control unit is indirectly attached to the toilet body, and the communication unit is disposed at the bottom end of the toilet seat or the toilet cover to rotate the switch. One end of the shaft is detachably coupled to the switch control unit. In such a configuration, since the above-described transmission unit can be separated from the above-described switch control unit together with the toilet seat or the toilet cover, the workability at the time of sweeping or the like can be improved. Further, since the communication unit can be replaced by the switch control unit remaining on the toilet side, the commonality of the constituent parts can be realized in accordance with the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and the toilet cover. Further, when the switch control unit is a switch control unit having the power source for the rotation of the shaft body, the switching operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid can be automated, so that the burden on the user can be eliminated. Further, if the switch control unit is a buffer unit having the toilet seat or the toilet lid closing direction rotation control function of the transmission unit rotation shaft, the toilet seat or the toilet lid can be eased after use, so that the toilet seat or the toilet lid can be easily closed. It prevents noise generation and prevents damage to components. Preferably, the fitting means for detachably connecting the switch control unit and the communication unit is provided. By providing such a fitting means, the workability of the transfer unit to the switch control unit can be improved, and the connection state can be stabilized. In the above fitting means, it is preferable that one of the switch control means or the communication means is provided with a protruding portion, and the other is provided with a holding portion for holding the upper protruding portion. In such a configuration, as long as the protruding portion is simply inserted into and detached from the holding portion, it is possible to perform the detachment without using a tool. Further, it is preferable that a portion of the protruding portion is provided with a guide surface for guiding the fitting portion of the projection -8 - 1253920 (5) to the nip portion. When the guide surface is provided as such, the projection can be smoothly introduced to the designated position of the grip portion, so that the connection workability is greatly improved and the connection state is ensured. On the other hand, in the case of the connecting means of the shaft body of the switch control unit and the rotating shaft of the transmitting unit, it is preferable that a protruding portion is provided on one of the shaft end faces of the shaft body or the rotating shaft. A notch portion into which the protruding portion can be fitted is provided on one end surface of the shaft. When such a connection means is provided, the simple operation of fitting the protruding portion of the one end surface of the shaft to the notch portion of the other end surface of the shaft can be performed without using a tool. In this case, when a guide surface that can induce the fitting position of the protruding portion to the notch portion is provided in a part of the notch portion, the protruding portion of the one end surface can be smoothly formed as described above. Since the ground is induced to a predetermined position of the notch portion of the other end surface of the shaft, the connection workability is greatly improved, and the connection state is ensured. Further, an elastic thrust generating mechanism that generates a spring force by the rotation of the shaft of the switch control unit and the rotation shaft of the communication unit to cause the rotation axis of the communication unit may be provided. In this configuration, since the rotation of the shaft of the switch control unit and the rotation axis of the communication unit immediately causes the rotation axis of the communication unit to generate a spring force, the lodging prevention function of the toilet seat or the toilet cover is improved. . Next, the communication unit of the present invention is characterized in that it has a switch shaft 9- 1253920 (6) with a connecting means that can be indirectly fixed to the bottom end of the toilet body or the toilet seat. The accommodating cylinder in which the rotating shaft is rotatably received; and a ejector means for arranging the rotating shaft in a predetermined direction in the accommodating cylinder. According to such a configuration, since the switch control unit and the toilet seat or the toilet cover can be combined to control the switch operation of the toilet seat or the toilet cover, the size of the body can be reduced, and the toilet seat or the toilet cover can be configured. When the switch device is installed, the toilet seat or the toilet cover can be stably held in a standing position. The commonality of the components can be achieved by the self-weight torque of the toilet seat and the toilet cover. Here, in order to maintain the above-mentioned rotating shaft in the pushed state, it is preferable to provide a stopper that can determine the rotational starting position of the rotating shaft. In such a configuration, when the communication unit is combined with the switch control unit, the toilet seat or the toilet cover to form the switch device, the communication unit can be immediately used when the rotation axis of the communication unit is coupled to the shaft of the switch control unit. The rotating shaft generates a spring thrust, so that it can raise the lodging prevention of the toilet seat or the toilet cover b. On the other hand, when a plurality of torsion springs are disposed in the housing tube of the communication unit, the spring force can be changed by the selection of the torsion spring, so that it is possible to reliably cope with the diversification of the weight of the toilet seat or the toilet lid. Further, since the stress which can be generated on the torsion spring and the supporting member supported thereon can be dispersed, the durability of the torsion spring and the supporting member can also be improved. Further, the intermediate housing may be provided with an intermediate rotating shaft disposed coaxially with the rotating shaft, and the one end portion is locked by the housing tube, and the other end portion is rotated by the intermediate portion. A spring that is locked by the shaft; and one end portion is locked by the intermediate rotating shaft, and the other end portion is configured by a spring that is locked by the above-mentioned rotating shaft of -10- 1253920 (7). In such a configuration, when the space for spring arrangement cannot be sufficiently ensured, the number of turns of the torsion spring can be increased, so that the spring constant can be used to make the torsion spring torque change small, so that the toilet seat or the closing action becomes Smooth and prevent incomplete closure. In addition, when the water immersion prevention in the storage cylinder is provided, corrosion of the metal such as a torsion spring contained in the storage cylinder can be prevented, and reliability and durability are improved. [Embodiment] BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a warm water washing toilet seat device for a switch device for a toilet lid according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 4 is a view showing Fig. 1 FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the toilet seat of the second warm water washing toilet seat device or the right side cover of the toilet lid is detached, and FIG. 6 is a view showing a state in which the toilet seat or the toilet lid of the second warm water washing toilet seat device is detached, and FIG. A partial perspective view showing the state in which the left bottom end of the toilet seat or the toilet lid of the washing toilet seat device of Fig. 1 is separated. As shown in Figure 1, wash the toilet seat with warm water! The storage box 2 of the apparatus 1 is fixed to the upper edge 30a of the toilet body 3 so as to be mounted on the toilet body 3 。. The upper 2 toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 are mounted so as to be rotatable about 3 L, 3 r, 4 L, and 41*. When the toilet seat 3 is formed, even if the spring is small in the storage cylinder, the waterproof part of the toilet lid is rusted or has a toilet seat or a figure, and the bottom end of the toilet 1 shown in the second figure is from the box. The warm water portion is removed from the casing by the side of the back side of the storage box, and the bottom end of the toilet lid 4, -11 - 1253920 (8) is made by the following mechanism The end portions 3L, 3r, and 4L are detachable from the storage box 2. As shown in Fig. 2, when the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 are in an open state (upright state), the first engaging member can be recognized between the bottom end portion 3 r on the right side of the toilet seat 3 and the storage box 2. The lever portion 36 and the flexible cord 713 of the 3 2 can recognize the lever portion 65 of the lock portion 62 between the bottom end portion 3 L on the left side of the toilet seat 3 and the storage box 2. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, when the left and right lever portions 3 6 and 6 5 are respectively moved upward as indicated by the arrow symbols, the opening portion and the second card of the first engaging member 3 2 can be made. The openings of the joining members 33 are respectively in an open state. Next, as shown in Fig. 4, the left and right hands are respectively grasped by the left and right bottom end portions 3L, 3r, 4L, and 4r of the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4, and then lifted up to the upper side of the storage box 2, When the first engaging member 3 2 is detached from the first rotating shaft 16 together with the left bottom end portions 3L and 4L, the second engaging member 3 3 and the cover transmitting unit 10 and the bottom end of the right side are provided. The portions 3r and 4r are detached from the first rotating shaft 16 together. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the first rotating shaft 16 , the cover 4 5 and the flexible electric wire 7 1 are presented on the right side portion of the storage box 2 at the bottom end of the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 on the left side. The portions 3L and 4L are formed in a state in which the cover transmission unit 10 and the second engagement member 33 are identifiable. Further, as shown in Fig. 7, the protruding portion 15a and the rotating shaft 17 of the second switch control unit 15 disposed in the storage box 2 are present on the right side portion of the storage box 2. Next, as shown in Fig. 8, the ribs 5 4 of the cover transfer unit 1 露出 exposed from the notch portion 5 5 of the left side end -12 - 1253920 Ο) of the toilet seat 3 are used, and the cover is used. The center portion of the shaft shaft direction of the left side end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 is slid to the front end portion of the output shaft 49 of the cover communication unit 10, as shown in FIG. The collar portion 29 of the bottom end portion 4 L of the left side of the cover 4 is taken out. In this manner, the fitting portion 27 provided on the left bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 is removed from the fitting portion 27 (refer to Fig. 15) provided on the left end portion 4L of the left side of the toilet lid 4 (Refer to Fig. 8), then, from the fitting portion 26 (refer to Fig. 6) provided on the right bottom end portion 4r of the toilet lid 4, the insertion of the right bottom end portion 3r provided on the toilet seat 3 is extracted. When the portion 24 (refer to Fig. 12), as shown in Fig. 9, the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 which are separated from the storage box 2 can be separated. As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 1, the right side bottom end portion 3 r of the toilet seat 3 is provided with an insertion portion which is substantially C-shaped and which is regarded as the rotation axis of the first toilet lid. 2, as shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 3, the bottom left end portion 3 L ' of the toilet seat 3 is provided with a shape that is substantially circular and is regarded as the rotation axis of the second toilet lid. The fitting portion 25 is provided with a recess 60 and a fixing hole 6 1 into which the protruding portion 58 of the retaining portion 56 is to be fitted. Further, the fitting portions 24, 25 are respectively protruded outward in the axial direction of the bottom end portions 3 L, 3 r of the toilet seat 3. Further, as shown in Fig. 14, the right side bottom end portion 4r of the toilet lid 4 is provided with a fitting portion 2 having a shape of a c-shape substantially c-shaped, such as the first 5 As shown in the figure, at the left bottom end portion 4 L of the toilet lid 4, a sleek 邰-13-1253920 (10) 27 having a semicircular shape with a finger-shaped coating is provided. Further, the fitting portions 26 and 27 are respectively provided on the inner side in the axial direction of the bottom end portions 4L and 4r of the toilet. The depth of the fitting portions 26 and 27 is such that the fitting portions 24, 25 of the bottom end portions 3L, 31 of the seat 3 are rotatably disposed at the same position as the axis of the seat. When the respective ends 4 26 and 27 of the bottom end portions 4 L and 4 of the lid 4 are not misaligned, there is no problem. In the fitting portion 26 on the right side of the toilet lid 4, the substantially U-shaped collar portion 28 is an opening position at which the opening position is fixed to the fitting portion 26 so as to be movable with the ith axis The front end of 1 6 is combined. Further, in the fitting portion 27 on the left side, the collar portion 2, which is substantially in a circular shape, is fixed, so that the rotation of the second rotating shaft 17 cannot be conveyed to the lid 4. Thereby, the right side fitting portion 24 of the toilet is placed on the right fitting portion 26 of the toilet lid 4, and the left fitting portion 25 of the toilet seat 3 is attached to the left fitting portion 27 of the toilet lid 4 to fix it. The rotation of the toilet cover 4 and the toilet seat 3 can be integrated, and the toilet cover 4 and the toilet seat 3 can be moved. Further, the respective opening positions of the right side fitting portion 24 and the fitting f are set to the same position when the toilet lid 4 and the toilet seat 3 are overlapped. Therefore, from the position of the opening, the toilet lid 4 and the toilet can be integrally separated from the first rotating shaft 16 . On the other hand, in the left side portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 as shown in Fig. 12, a rotation lock insertion portion 3a is provided, which, as shown in Fig. 6, is to be engaged with the left bottom of the toilet seat 3. End 3 L to push the toilet seat cover 4 The toilet is embedded in the r depth opening with the insert card opening to the stern 3 configuration, because the turn is % 26 for the seat 3 and the bottom is for the 3 to 14 - 1253920 (11) The seat (the standing direction) seat is inserted into the transport unit 9 so as to be movable in the axial direction. Here, Fig. 16 is a vertical sectional view of a portion indicated by an arrow line P in Fig. 1, and Fig. 17 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing the vicinity of the seat transmitting unit. As shown in Figs. 16 and 17 , the switch device 3 1 of the present embodiment has the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 which are disposed to be rotatably tilted around the bottom end portions 3 L and 4 L, respectively. a rotating shaft 12 on the center line C, and having: a switch control unit 15 that is indirectly fixed to the toilet body 3; and, built therein, "the one end portion of which is disposed on the rotation center line c is Attached to the rotating shaft 17 of the switch control unit 15 at the same time, the other end is detachably coupled to the output shaft 1 2" and "output" of the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 The shaft 12 is pushed to the seat transmission unit 9 of the torsion spring 1 3" in the opening direction of the toilet seat 3. As described above, the storage box 2 is attached to the toilet body 30 by being fixed to the upper surface 30 of the back side of the toilet body 3, since the switch control unit 15 is fixed in the storage box 2. Therefore, the switch control unit 15 is indirectly fixed to the toilet body 30 by interposing the storage box 2. As shown in Fig. 16, the bottom end portion of the seat transmission unit 9 projecting from the storage box 2 is connected to the rotation shaft 17 and the projection portion 15a of the switch control unit 15. The bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 4 is rotatably supported while the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 is fixed to the output shaft 12 of the seat transmission unit 9. The switch control unit 15 is provided with a motor with a reducer that is electrically operated to perform the switch or the opening of the toilet seat 3 -15 - 1253920 (12), or it may be provided to enable the toilet seat 3 to be opened A flexible closing mechanism (an example of a shock absorbing mechanism) in which the rotational speed of the state to the closed state is braked to a moderate speed, which may also be provided with a combination of a motor with a reducer and a flexible closing mechanism. The motor to which the reducer is attached is a motor having a drive motor (for example, a D C brush motor, an AC motor, a stepping motor, etc.), a transmission gear, a planetary gear mechanism, a torque limiting mechanism, an angle detecting detector, and the like. The switch control unit 15 has a rotating shaft 17 protruding from the casing 22, and is provided in the casing 2 2, and is provided with a driving motor 16 that is a DC brush motor; and the driving force of the motor 16 is successively decelerated to transmit the torque. The transmission gear 18 and the planetary gear mechanism 19; the torque limiting mechanism 20 that can avoid the overload of the driving motor 16; and the angle detecting detector 21 for detecting the rotational angle of the rotating shaft 17. In the switch control unit 15, the rotation of the drive motor 16 is decelerated by the transmission gear 18, and the rotational force is transmitted to the most terminal planetary gear mechanism 19, and the torque limiting mechanism 20 is transmitted to the rotational shaft 17 . Then, the rotational force of the rotation shaft 17 of the switch control unit 15 is transmitted to the output shaft 1 2 of the seat transmission unit 9, and then transmitted to the bottom end portion 3 L ' of the toilet seat 3, by the toilet seat 3 The bottom end 邰 3 L is pivoted to the center to open and close the edge 30 0a of the toilet body 30. In such a process, the toilet seat 3 is often pushed toward the opening direction by the torsional force of the torsion spring 13 housed in the seat transmission unit 9. In the switch control unit 15, the angle of rotation of the rotating shaft 17 is detected by detecting the angle detector 1 formed by the magnet and the Hall I c. -16 - 1253920 (13) Detecting the toilet seat 3 The switch angle is used to feedback control the rotation of the drive motor 16 by the detection signal, so that the damper switching operation of the toilet seat 3 can be realized. In addition, the detection of the direction of rotation, in addition to the multi-pole magnetic magnet and Hall IC of the rotating shaft 17 can also be used, the 2-phase output encoder formed by the slit and the photointerrupter can also be used. The direction of rotation is judged from the angle information from the potentiometer. Further, the flexible closing mechanism is a mechanism that utilizes the viscosity of the oil to act as a cushioning force by the operation of the valve. Here, the structure and function of the seat transmitting unit 9 will be described in detail with reference to Figs. 17 and 18. Fig. 17 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the seat transmission unit, and Fig. 18 is an exploded perspective view of the seat transmission unit. As shown in Figs. 17 and 18, the seat transmission unit 9 is composed of: a housing tube 1 1 in which functional components are housed, and an output shaft 1 2 that is rotatably mounted in the housing tube 1 1; A torsion spring 13 (coil spring) that surrounds the output shaft 1 2 is housed in the housing tube 1 1; and a housing cover 14 that houses the opening portion of the tube 1 1 can be closed. The torsion spring 13 is in a state in which the toilet seat 3 can be pushed in the opening direction, and one end portion thereof is locked in the storage tube by being inserted into the mounting hole 1 1 a provided in the housing tube 1 1 The other end is fixed to the rotating shaft 12 by being inserted into a mounting hole 12e opened on the outer peripheral surface of the output shaft 12. An ankle ring is disposed on the sliding portion of the storage cylinder 1 1 and the output shaft 1 2 and on the sliding portions of the output shaft 12 and the storage cover 1 42 to prevent the formation of the storage cylinder 1 1 and the output shaft 1 2 Immerse in water in the space. Further, the spring force caused by the torsion spring 13 is formed to maintain the toilet seat 3 in a closed state. -17- 1253920 (14) Further, a rib 5 is provided around the seat transmission unit 9, and as shown in Figs. 8 and 12, the toilet unit 9 is rotatably inserted into the toilet. A notch portion 55 is provided in a portion of the left bottom end portion 3 L of the seat 3, and the rib 54 is configured to be exposed to the notch portion 55 at all times. The right side of the output shaft 1 2 of the seating transmission unit 9 (the connection portion with the switch control unit 15) is formed with a U-shaped notch whose opening is widened as shown in Fig. 18(b). 1 2b, according to the following steps, it is possible to insert and engage the rotation axis 17 of the switch control unit 15 from above. Thereby, the output shaft 12 is fixed so that the rotation shaft 17 of the switch control unit 15 cannot be rotated. On the other hand, the left side of the output shaft 12 (the portion to which the toilet seat 3 is coupled) is formed to protrude from the storage cover 14 and the bottom portion has a circular cross-sectional end portion having a zigzag cross-sectional shape. Since the zigzag cross section has a circular outer shape, its end portion is rotatably fitted in the collar portion 29 of the bottom end portion 4L of the toilet lid 4. The position at which the retaining portion 56 is to be inserted can be determined by partially deforming the number of teeth in the zigzag shape or widening the width of the local tooth number. As shown in Fig. 18(a), the retaining portion 5-6 has a substantially L-shaped shape and is configured to be mounted with a guide for the seat transmitting unit 9 to slide. A through hole 5 7 that is engageable with the output shaft 1 2 of the seat transmission unit 9 is provided at one portion of the retaining portion 56, and is disposed at an equilateral angle with the toilet seat 3 at an outer peripheral portion thereof. 8 protruding parts 58 are used together. The through hole 57, 7 is formed in the same zigzag cross-sectional shape as the end of the output shaft 12 to be embedded, in order to be able to be positioned, which is formed to have a tooth number of -18-1253920 (15) It is shaped or widened to the width of the local number of teeth. Further, a stopper portion 59 that can abut against the rib 5 4 when the seat transmission unit 9 is slid in the axial direction of the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 is provided at the center portion of the other piece portion. Further, as shown in Fig. 12, the inner side wall of the left bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3 is formed with a recess 60 into which the protruding portion 58 of the retaining portion 56 is to be fitted. Here, a fixing step of fixing the seat communication unit 9 to the left bottom end portion 3L of the toilet seat 3 will be described. As shown in Fig. 18(a), the engaging member 3 3 is fitted to the outer tubular portion 1 1 a of the seat transmitting unit 9. Since the inner diameter of the ring portion 3 3 a of the engaging member 33 is larger than that of the outer cylinder 11 1 a, the ring portion 3 3 a is fitted over the outer tubular portion 1 1 a when it is embedded in the small diameter portion 1 1 In the case of b, the seat transmitting unit 9 is integrated with the engaging member 33, and the engaging member 33 is restricted from falling in the axial direction by the ring portion 3 3 a and the outer tubular portion 1 1 a. Next, the output shaft 12 of the seat transmission unit 9 is engaged with the through hole 5 7 of the retaining portion 56, and the protruding portion 58 of the retaining portion 56 is fitted into the left bottom end of the toilet seat 3. The recess 60 on the portion 3 L. Next, the fixing hole 6 1 provided on the column piece of the retaining portion 56 is aligned with the fixing hole 6 1 a provided on the bottom end portion 3 L, and is locked by a self-tapping screw that can communicate with the holes. The seat transmission unit 9 is disposed inside the left bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3. Thereby, the seat transmitting unit 9 can be slid in the axial direction of the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3, and the seat transmitting unit 9 can be prevented from coming off from the left bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3. In addition, the retaining portion 5 6 may be elastically deformed on the outer side thereof by the -19-1253920 (16) before being fixed to the bottom end portion 3 l of the toilet seat 3, so the seat transmitting unit 9 may come from the retaining portion 5 6 is detached, but after being fixed to the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3, since the deformation to the outside is restricted by the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3, the sliding direction of the seat transmitting unit 9 is detached. It is restricted. Further, the gap between the retaining portion 56 and the outer tubular portion 1 1 a is small, and the engaging member 3 3 is not deformed only when it is fitted over the outer tubular portion 1 1 a, so that the engaging member 3 can be prevented similarly. 3 axial direction shedding. Thus, since the seat communication unit 9 is interposed between the switch control unit 5 and the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3, the output shaft 1 is interposed by the torsion spring 13 housed in the seat communication unit 9. 2 The toilet seat 3 is formed in a state in which it is pushed toward the opening direction. Therefore, when the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 are lifted when the men's trumpet is used, the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 can be stably held in a standing position, so that the toilet seat 3 or the unexpected toilet seat 3 is not used in the trumpet. The situation in which the toilet lid 4 falls down occurs. Further, when the toilet seat 3 is to be lowered into a closed state, since the weight of the toilet seat 3 is larger than the biasing force of the torsion spring 13, the toilet seat 3 does not float upward from the toilet body 30. Fig. 19 is a graph showing the relationship between the "turning angle of the toilet seat" and the "torque of the horse bucket" for the two types of toilet seat devices (product A and product B) in which the weight of the toilet seat is different. Fig. 20 is a graph showing the relationship between the "turning angle of the toilet seat" of the products A and B and the "spring torque" of the seat transmission unit, and Fig. 2 is a view showing the respective "turn angles of the toilet seat". And a graph showing the relationship between the weight of the toilet seat and the "combined torque" of the spring torque of the seat transmission unit. -20- 1253920 (17) As shown in Figure 9, the "safety of the toilet seat" of the product A is formed to be larger than the product B "the weight of the toilet seat" in the entire range of the "turning angle of the toilet seat". In the case of such products A and B, as shown in FIG. 20, when the seat transmission unit having the torsion springs having different torque characteristics is used, the toilet seat of each product is biased in the opening direction. As shown in Fig. 2, the "combined torque" of the products A and B (the combined torque of the toilet seat and the combined torque of the seat transmission unit torsion spring) can be made substantially equal. Therefore, in order to prepare a plurality of seat transmission units in which a plurality of torsion springs having different torque characteristics are provided in advance, the difference in the weight of the toilet seat of the various types of product changes is determined, and the appropriate one is selected from the group of the communication units. When the collocation is used, even if the weight of each toilet seat of the various products is different, the "combination torque of the toilet seat" and the "composite torque" of the seat transmission unit "spring torque" can be made substantially equal. In this way, even if the weight of the toilet seat is different depending on the type of the toilet seat, the seat transmission unit selected for use has a torsion spring suitable for the torque characteristics of the respective toilet seats, so that the "seat seat self-weight torque" and the seat The "composite torque" of the transmission unit "spring torque" is approximately equal. Therefore, the switch control unit 5 or the buffer device constituting the switch device 31 can be handled in one type, so that the commonality of the components can be realized. Further, the torque characteristic of the torsion spring 13 included in the seat transmission unit 9 can be changed by adjusting the spring constant, the center diameter, and the number of turns of the torsion spring 13 to change the spring constant. It is easy to prepare a plurality of types of seating communication units. -21 - 1253920 (18) For example, as shown in Figure 2, when there are four toilet seats (toilet covers) of different shapes or sizes, they should be prepared in advance for each toilet seat (toilet cover). Four kinds of seat transmission units □ to □ can be configured by combining one type of automatic switch unit (or buffer unit) and four types of seat transmission units □ to □, so that even if there are Four types of toilet seats (toilet covers) can be handled with only one type of automatic switch unit (or buffer unit). That is, the commonality of the automatic switching unit (or the buffer unit) can be realized, so that the manufacturing cost and the management cost of the switching device can be reduced. Further, in the present embodiment, since the seat transmission unit 9 is inserted into the rotation block insertion portion 3a of the bottom end portion 3L of the toilet seat 3, the inside of the switch control unit 5 is used. Since it is not necessary to provide a space for arranging the seat transmission unit 9, it is possible to reduce the size of the warm water washing toilet seat apparatus 1. Next, a communication unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 23. Further, the same function and effect are exerted on the parts that perform the same functions and effects as those of the above-described seat communication unit 9. The seat transmitting unit 29 of the present embodiment is constituted by a housing tube 1 1 , a rotating shaft 1 2, a torsion spring 1 3 a, a torsion spring 1 3 b, and a housing cover 14 . The torsion spring 13 3 is fixed to the accommodating cylinder 1 1 by inserting one end thereof into the mounting hole 11c, and is fixed to the rotating shaft 12 by inserting the other end thereof into the mounting hole 12e. Further, the torsion spring 13b is fixed to the accommodating cylinder -22-1253920 (19) η by inserting one end thereof into the mounting hole 11 d, and is inserted by inserting the other end thereof into the mounting hole 12d. Axis 1 2. In the seat transmission unit 29, since the storage cylinder 1 1 has one end of each of the torsion springs 1 3 a and 1 3 b, the end of the receiving spring 1 3 a and 1 3 b is locked to the receiving cylinder 1 , so the rotation shaft 1 2 is deflected. The magnitude of the torsional torque is greater than that of the seat. Therefore, the seat transmission unit 29 is suitable as a switch mechanism for the toilet seat that is larger than the toilet seat 3; thus, the change to be built in the seat communication unit can be changed to match various products. The toilet seat or torque characteristics are handled. In addition, since the springs 13 3 a and 1 3 b are twisted by the number of the transmission units, the burden on the time can be reduced, and the torsion springs 1 3 a and 1 3 b are also divided into plural numbers, so that they can be generated. The stress is dispersed to 1 Id, 12e, 12d. Therefore, the storage cylinder 1 can be resinized, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. Next, the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 24. In addition, the part that performs the same functions and effects as the components of the above-mentioned element 9 is:

主要元件對照表 1溫水洗淨馬桶座裝置 2收納箱 3馬桶座 3 a轉動塊插入部 3 ^ 底端部 3 r底端部 4馬桶蓋 4 ^ 底端部 4r底端部 9座用傳達單元 1 〇蓋用傳達單元 1 1收納筒 1 1 a外筒部 1 1 b細徑部 -31 - The torsion spring 13c is inserted into the mounting hole 1 1 c to be fixed to the accommodating cylinder to be fixed in the recirculation of the repetitive shaft 12, and when the toilet seat is opened to the unit 9, the torque is greater than the above groove Into a part. The weight of the torsion spring is the same as the fixed mounting hole of the two ends of the torsion spring. 1 1 c, 1. The rotating shaft 12 is conveyed by the seat. 11. The intermediate rotating shaft is fixed to the intermediate rotating shaft 23 by inserting one end 1:1 of the -23-1253920 (20) into the mounting hole 2 3 a. Further, the torsion spring 13d is fixed to the intermediate rotating shaft 23 by inserting one end thereof into the mounting hole 2 3 b, by inserting the other end thereof into the mounting hole 1 2 f. It is fixed to the rotating shaft 12 . In this way, among the plurality of torsion springs 1 3 c and 1 3 d, one end of one torsion spring 1 3 d is locked to the rotation shaft 12, and the other end is locked to the intermediate rotation shaft 23, and at the same time One end of the other rotating spring 13c is locked to the intermediate rotating shaft 23, and the other end is locked to the receiving cylinder 1 1 ', so that even if the space in which the torsion spring can be accommodated is not sufficiently sufficient, the intermediate rotating The shaft 23 is coupled to a plurality of torsion springs to obtain a strong torque. Therefore, the setting of the torsion spring for the toilet seat or the toilet lid to be pushed in the opening direction can be surely performed in accordance with the self-weight and torque characteristics of the toilet seat or the toilet lid in which various products are changed. Further, as shown in Figs. 2 and 24, since the shackle 2 7 a, 2 7b is provided in the sliding portion between the accommodating cylinder 1 1 or the accommodating cover 14 and the rotating shaft 12, Water or detergent or the like does not enter the inside of the communication unit 9. Therefore, even if the entire toilet seat 3 or the toilet cover 4 is washed, the torsion spring 13 does not corrode, and the reliability and durability can be improved. Further, even when the space of the rotating block insertion portion 3a of the bottom end portion 3L of the toilet seat 3 cannot be sufficiently ensured, the number of turns of the torsion spring can be increased inside the housing tube 1 1. Thereby, the spring constant can be lowered, and the torque of the torsion spring in the range of the rotation angle of the toilet seat can be made small, so that the switching operation of the toilet seat becomes smooth, and the incomplete closing can be prevented. In the above-described embodiment, the description has been made on the case where the switch control unit 5 is used as the switch unit in the storage box 2 -2453920 (21). However, the switch can be replaced. The control unit 5 arranges a buffer unit (so-called damper closing mechanism) having a function of easing the toilet seat 3_closing operation as a switching unit. As described above, by using the communication unit 9, the plurality of types of toilet seats and toilet lids having different sizes or shapes can be shared, so that the commonality of the components can be achieved. In addition, although the embodiment in which the seat transmission unit 9 is disposed on the toilet seat 3 side has been described in the above, the cover communication unit may be used on the toilet cover 4 side. In this case, the cover communication unit is housed in the space in the right side bottom end portion 3 r of the toilet seat 3. Next, a description will be given of a case where the buffer unit is disposed in place of the switch control unit 5 with reference to Figs. 25 and 26. In the buffer unit 49, two fins 12w are provided at intervals of 180 degrees on the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 12, and two partition walls 2 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylinder 24 at intervals of 180 degrees. 6. The accommodating cylinder 24 is filled with a viscous oil such as eucalyptus oil. When the fins 1 2 w of the buffer unit 49 are rotated in the direction of the arrow line R, the oil in the oil accommodating chamber 24a is separated from the gap between the fins 1 2 w and the inner peripheral surface of the accommodating cylinder 24 When moving smoothly to the oil accommodating chamber 24b, when the flap 1 2 w is rotated in the direction of the arrow line L, the movement of the oil from the oil accommodating chamber 24b to the oil accommodating chamber 24a is formed into a gentle flow. Next, the bottom end portions 3 L, 4 L, 3 r, and 4r of the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 which are removed from the storage box 2 through the steps shown in Figs. 1 to 4 are again loaded and received as they are. The installation method on the box 2 will be described. First, the fitting portion -25539520 (22) 260 provided on the bottom end portion 4 r of the right side of the toilet cover 4 is fitted into the fitting portion 2 4 provided on the bottom end portion 3 r of the right side of the toilet seat 3 The fitting portion 2, which is provided on the bottom end portion 4L of the left side of the toilet lid 4, is fitted into the fitting portion 25 provided on the bottom end portion 3L of the left side of the toilet seat 3. Thereby, since the axial ends of the bottom end portions 4 L and 4 r of the toilet lid 4 and the bottom end portions 3 L and 3 r of the toilet seat 3 are the same axis, the engagement from the notch portion 5 5 is used. The rib 5 of the member 3 3 slides the engaging member 3 3 along the retaining portion 56 toward the end portion of the bottom end portion 3 L of the toilet seat 3, and the output shaft 1 for conveying the unit 9 2 The front end portion is fitted into the collar portion 2 of the toilet lid 4, so that the toilet lid 4 and the toilet seat 3 can be integrated and can be rotated separately. Then, the toilet lid 4 and the toilet seat 3 are placed downward from the upper side of the storage box 2, and the opening portions of the engaging members 3 2, 3 3 are respectively fitted to the first rotating shaft 16 and the second rotating shaft 17 respectively. 3 0, 3 1. At this time, since the first engaging member 32 is rotatable, when it is to be fitted over the rotating shaft 16, the inclined portion 34b of the body 34 of the first engaging member 32 is induced by the rotating shaft 16. Can be placed on its axis. Next, a description will be given of a mounting method for attaching the bottom end portions 3L, 4L, 3r, 4r of the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 to the collection box 2 as they are, with reference to Figs. 27 to 30. As shown in Fig. 27, in the seat transmission unit 9, the guide faces 1 1 g of the pair of gripping portions 1 1 X are disposed opposite to each other, but the transfer unit 9 has been detached from the storage box 2. In the state in which the guide faces 1 1 g are parallel, they are not parallel to the longitudinal direction 1 2L of the notch portion 1 2b of the rotation shaft 12, and are formed to be shifted from each other by 25 to 35 degrees. This is because even in the state where the transmission unit 9 has been detached from the storage box 2, the torsion spring built in the accommodating cylinder 1 can maintain the torsional torque that is pushed on the rotating shaft 12 to -26. - 1253920 (23) Certain reasons. Therefore, as shown in Figs. 29 and 30, when the notch portion 1 2 b of the output shaft 12 is engaged with the distal end portion 17a of the rotation shaft 17 of the switch control unit to connect the two, the guide surface 1 The parallel direction of 1 g is formed in parallel with the longitudinal direction 12L of the notch portion 12b of the output shaft 12, whereby the torsional torque pushed on the rotating shaft 12 is applied to the bottom end portion of the toilet seat 3. 3 L causes the toilet seat 3 to be pushed to the opening direction. First, as shown in Fig. 28(a), the seat transmitting unit 9 that is in the unlocked state has the notch portion 3 3 b of the engaging member 3 3 facing downward, and the protruding portion that protrudes from the storage box 2 When the front end portion 17a of the rotating shaft 17 is gradually pressed downward, as shown in Fig. 28(b), the lower end portion of one of the holding portions 1lx abuts against the protruding portion 15a. Guide the slope 15b. When this action is continued, when the bottom end portions 3 L and 4L are pressed downward, the grip portion 1 1 X gradually moves downward along the guide slope 15 b, thereby causing the grip portion 1 1 X rotates counterclockwise as shown in Fig. 2 8 (c), so as shown in Fig. 2 8 (d), the parallel direction and protrusion of the guiding surface 1 1 g of the clamping portion 1 X The direction of the portion 1 5 a is uniform, so that the protruding portion 15 5 is gradually fitted between the pair of clamping jaws 1 1 X, and finally, the state shown in the second 8 (e) is formed, and the clamping portion 1 1 X is formed as The state in which the fixing projections 22a are held is fixed to the storage box 2 while the storage cylinder 1 is fixed, and the connection between the front end portion 17a of the rotating shaft 17 and the notch portion 1 2b of the output shaft 1 2 is completed. At this time, the front end portion 17a of the rotating shaft 17 is received by the guide surface -27- 1253920 (24) 12g which is formed in the widened shape on the opening portion of the notch portion 1 2 b of the output shaft 12 Induction 'so the front end portion 17a can be surely inserted into the notch portion i2b. According to the above-described steps, as shown in FIG. 29, the bottom end portions 3L and 4L of the toilet seat 3 and the toilet cover 4 are the interposition receiving transmission unit 9, and are connected to the protruding portion 15a of the switch control unit. Turn the shaft 1 7 . Then, when the operation lever portion 65 of the engaging member 33 is rotated by the finger, the entire engaging member 3 3 is rotated in the closing direction of the toilet lid, as shown in Fig. 30, due to the notch portion 33b of the engaging member 33. Since it is moved to the back side and it is locked, the seat transmission unit 9 cannot be detached from the protrusion part 5a of the storage box 2, and the mounting work is completed. In this way, when the toilet unit 3 and the toilet cover 4 are completely coupled to the casing 2, the toilet seat 3 is formed in a state in which it is pushed into the opening direction, so that it can be used when the man is used for the trumpet. When the toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 are in a standing position, there is no unexpected situation in which the toilet seat 3 or the toilet lid 4 is laid down. Further, since the engaging member 3 3 is a locking means for the storage box 2, when the operating lever portion 65 of the engaging member 33 is rotated to cancel the locked state in the case of a sweep or the like, the reverse step is employed. The toilet seat 3 and the toilet lid 4 can be removed from the storage box 2, making the sweeping operation very easy and improving workability. [Industrial Applicability] As described above, the communication unit of the switch seat and the switch device of the toilet seat or the toilet cover of the present invention is a warm water to be equipped as a seat toilet -28-1253920 (25) The toilet seat or the toilet seat switch device such as the toilet seat device or the warm toilet seat device is used for cleaning.
