Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the setting jobs of parts with no mistake by adding a job memory means to an unmanned carrier to store and deliver the setting procedures as well as the types of parts to be set for each working subject. CONSTITUTION:An unmanned carrier 1 set in its parts setting process turns on a pilot lamp 8 of a section 7a that contains the parts to be first taken out of those sections 7a of a part shelf 7. Thus a worker takes the due parts out of the section 7a where the lamp 8 kept turned on and performs a setting job. If the worker takes out wrong parts, the carrier 1 actuates a buzzer 14 to inform the wrong operation to the worker. Then the carrier 1 checks whether all setting jobs are through or not. If not, the carrier 1 turns on the pilot lamps for due parts respectively. If so, the carrier 1 starts the processes with an automated machine and a checking machine.
