Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain smooth and excellent clear reflection properties, by a method wherein the mean diameter and a mean length of a glass fiber are specified and the surface of a molded product is treated with a two pack type primer. CONSTITUTION:The mean diameter and mean length of a glass fiber are made 6mum or less and 70mum or less respectively and the surface of a molded product is treated with a two pack primer, in a reaction injection molding of polyurethane comprised of by mixing the glass fiber with the polyurethane. As the mean diameter and mean length of the glass fiber to be mixed with the polyurethane are extremely short like 6mum or less and 70mum or less respectively, affection to be given to the surface of the molded product by an end of the same is extremely little. As the primer is of two-pack type one, a film thickness of the same is increased drastically to 35-40mum from conventional one of 15-20mum. Even with this construction, smoothness of the surface of the molded product is improved greatly. Therefore, the smoothness of the surface of the molded product is improved particularly through the foregoing two actions and the surface of the product after the final coating becomes smooth.
