The inert gas is successively introduced at a low flow rate by the volume 0.3-2.5 times the content volume of the generator at the time of the cooling, nonuse, and reheating of the generator. As a result, since the inside of the generator is filled with the inert gas before start-up, seasoning is not required, and the need for no-load running by gaseous RX is eliminated.
