Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of an analytical value, by comparing an absorbency change rate due to measured values before reaching a reaction limit level with a standard absorbency change rate before reaching said level to calculate the magnitude of the irregularity degree thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cuvet rotor 3 is intermittently rotated at a definite cycle and a specimen is distributed to the reaction cuvets 15 sent to a specimen distribution apparatus 17 from a specimen cup 4. The reaction cuvets 15 after the distribution of the specimen are intermittently moved along a reaction line 16 and a reagent is distributed to the cuvets 15 from a reagent container 7.
