Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The image of the part mounted on a printed circuit board 17 movable in two axial directions crossing each other at a right angle is taken and the detected mount position of the part is compared with a preset tolerant positional shift range of the part. At this time, the imaging visual field range data of an imaging means 22, the sizes of parts 11-16, the mount positions and directions thereof and the mount positional shift tolerant values thereof are inputted as a series of data by an input means 26. A computer 25 performs the determination of the imaging position on the board 17 introducing the parts 11-16 into the imaging visual fields of the means 22, the operation of the tolerant positional shift range at every respective position and the determination of the moving order of the image position in the imaging visual field.
