Abstract
PURPOSE: To set a starting quantity lower than all load amount by rotating a controlling lever stopper in a rotating area of the controlling lever when a fuel injection pump stops. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable controlling liver stopper 41 is provided at a rotating area of a controlling lever 24. At the time when a fuel injection pump stops, a controlling lever stopper 41 is rotated in the rotating area of a controlling lever 24. The stopper 41 is rotated to the outside of the rotating area of the controlling lever 24 after starting. Thereby, the amount of fuel which is needed for the start of the fuel injection pump can be set up smaller than all load quantity.
