CONSTITUTION:The multi-wound heating coil C is disposed to face the cylindrical body W by parting the winding bore of the coil at a prescribed spacing from the outside circumference of the cylindrical part Wp of the cylindrical body. In addition, the coil is disposed by setting the winding length at the length sufficiently larger than the overall length of the cylindrical body W.
