Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely drop drip on a rotating disk at lower part by applying the magnetic field toward vertical and horizontal directions to arc generating between electrodes and working electromagnetic force vertically downward to the drip melted and dropped from the facing end part of one pair of the electrodes. The generated drip 76 is dropped on the disk 78 having side wall part and rotated by rotation driving device 18 and scattered and made to powder. Then, one pair of magnetic field coils 82 are arranged so as to put the arc 75 between them, and by impressing the voltage from the electric power source 83, the magnetic field is applied to vertical and horizontal directions to the arc 75, to work vertically work electromagnetic force downward to the drip 76, and the drip 76 is dropped downward. In this method, the drip 76 is surely dropped on the rotated disk 78 and the powder is effectively formed.
