Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the titled sintered bodies which crack less and have excellent smoothness by interposing fine particle powders having high heat resistance as a release material between laminated green sheets and sintering the sheets in a pressurized state. CONSTITUTION:The green sheet pieces 1 formed by adding various kinds of additives at need to ceramics powders are cut to a prescribed size and are separated by release material layers 2 consisting of the fine particle powders having the high heat resistance, for example, powders of BN and Si3N4. Plural sheets of such pieces are laminated and both face parts of the laminated bodies consisting of the green sheet pieces 1 laminated in such a manner are sandwiched by the sintered planar members having high heat resistance, for example, BN, etc., 3, 4.
