Abstract

PURPOSE:To only hook off the handset of a radio telephone set to speak with a destination by providing a control circuit which sets the speaking state when a charging detecting circuit cannot detect the charging state of a battery because an operator hooks off the handset by an incoming call during charging of the battery. CONSTITUTION:In a master equipment 1, supply power is rectified and stabilized to DC 8 volt by a rectifying and stabilizing circuit 22 and is branched into two, and one is supplied to each circuit as DC 5 volt through a rectifying and stabilizing circuit 23, and the other is supplied to a battery 27, which can be charged through a charge terminal 26 of a radio telephone set 2 from a charge terminal 25 through a current control resistance 24, and the current flow to the battery 27 is detected by a charging detecting circuit 31. When a call comes from the destination and the operator hooks off the handset of the radio telephone set 2, the charging detecting circuit 31 cannot detect charging, and a control circuit 18 judges that the master equipment 1 and the radio telephone set 2 are disconnected, and the circuit 18 sets each part to the speaking state.
