Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the heating efficiency, make uniform the heat emission distribution in accordance with shape and structure of the object to be heated, and facilitate adjustment of the amount of heating by furnishing a magnetic field changing means with an arrangement surface with a plurality of permanent magnet groups, and moving this arrangement surface with a certain distance reserved from the object.
