Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the heating efficiency, make uniform the heat emission distribution in accordance with shape and structure of the object to be heated, and facilitate adjustment of the amount of heating by furnishing a magnetic field changing means with an arrangement surface with a plurality of permanent magnet groups, and moving this arrangement surface with a certain distance reserved from the object. CONSTITUTION:Two rolls 2 rotate in opposite directions, and they are equipped with permanent magnets 3 on the peripheries in such an arrangement pattern and rotational phase that the permanent magnet 3 of the lower roller 2 bears S pole at the mating position in case the permanent magnet 3 of the upper roll 2 bears N pole in the mating position with the heated object 1 interposed. When the rolls 2 rotate, the fluxes from the permanent magnets 3 are in interlinkage perpendicular to the object 1, and therein a magnetic field change is generated in accordance with the flux density which varies sinusoidally. This change of magnetic field generates an induction electromotive force in the object 1, and an induction current flows. This generates Joul's heat to cause heat emission from the object 1.
