Claims (1)
- 光源と測定対象との間に置かれた明視野形成板
と、該測定対象の暗像を作成する結像系と、該暗
像を映像信号に変換する撮像手段と、該映像信号
に基づき該暗像の所定寸法を算出するデータ処理
部とを有することを特徴とする透明体寸法測定装
置。
