Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光学的に捕捉した被測定変位部分の変位を測定す
    る非接触型光学式変位測定装置において、使用光学系に
    よって決まる倍率に応じて変位測定出力を修正する回路
    １５を具備することを特徴とする非接触型光学式変位測
    定装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　“使用光学系
    が固定焦点レンズであり、前記修正回路１５がレンズ焦
    点の入力によって設定されるもの。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、 使用光学系が手動調整レンズであり、前記修正回路１５
    がレンズ焦点およびレンズ・ターゲット間距離によって
    手動設定されるもの。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、 使用光学系が自動調整レンズであり、前記修正回路１５
    が、レンズ制御用信号によって少なくとも部分的に設定
    されるもの。
