Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 顕微鏡光学系と、その光学系により結像された
    赤外線像を可視化する手段を有する装置において
    、ステージ上に置かれた試料を透過照明するため
    の第１の赤外線ランプと、上記試料を反射照明す
    るための第２の赤外線ランプと、上記第１および
    第２の赤外線ランプの光量調節を互いに独立的に
    行い、かつ、双方の赤外線ランプを同時に点灯状
    態となし得る光源コントローラを備えたことを特
    徴とする赤外線顕微鏡。
