Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an easy treatment of a waste water containing emulsified oil by laminating an electret material with an oil adsorbing material. CONSTITUTION:Emulsified oil in a waste water is attracted to a surface of an electret material by an electrostatic attracting force of a highly orientation- polarized electret and adheres to it. At the same time, an electric neutralization of the emulsified oil is broken by a dielectric action of the electret, the oil content resulted from this breakdown is brought into contact with an oil adsorbing material laminated with the electret material to be adsorbed by it and a clear waste water flows out as a filtrate.
