PURPOSE:To attain squareness with respect to a fixed member with high accuracy and to improve positional accuracy by providing a male screw which is screw-fitted to a tapped hole of a fixed member to be fixed to the fixed member and a female screw functioning portion which is screw-fitted to the threaded portion of the male screw. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 3 is screw-fitted at its screw-fit portion A to the threaded portion of a male screw 2 to be fixed to a fixed member 1. Thus, the coil spring 3 is screw-fitted at the screw-fit portion A of one end portion thereof to the threaded portion of the male screw 2, so that only if the fixing male screw 2 is fixed right-angled to the surface of the fixed member 1, the accuracy of squareness of the coil spring 3 with respect to the surface of the fixed member 1 can be improved as compared with the conventional device. Since the coil spring 3 is fixed using a tapped hole bored in the fixed member 1 as a reference, it can be positioned with high accuracy.
