CONSTITUTION:A means 2 determines a target steering angle of rear wheels RW according to the running condition of a vehicle, and a means 3 detects the steering angle of these rear wheels RW. And, a means 4 feeds a step motor 1a built in a rear-wheel steering mechanism 1 with the number of driving pulses conformed to a difference between the determined target steering angle and the detected steering angle, thus these rear wheels RW are controlled to the target steering angle.
