Abstract

PURPOSE:To weld taps without the need of drilling, reaming and preheating by circumferentially welding beads on each of side faces of divided sections of inner ring blocks and outer ring blocks perpendicular to the slits formed between those inner and outer blocks. CONSTITUTION:For operation, after a plurality of nozzle blocks each consisting of a nozzle 1 and inner and outer ring blocks 2 and 3 which tighten said nozzle 1 are arranged circumferentially in circle, the wrapping welding is executed on both faces of each of the nozzle blocks by the electronic beam welding method, whereby assembling a turbine stationary blade 6 in a integral form. Then to incorporate the turbine stationary blade 6 in a turbine, said blade 6 is cut into a plurality of sector blocks along shearing lines 7 parallel to slit lines 8 by the electric discharging method. Marking for this cutting is made before it.
