PURPOSE:To attain the bidirectional communication up to the condition of communication completion by keeping the power source of a self side device at the OFF condition in the ON condition when even either of the self-side transmitting device or the receiving device is in the ON condition. CONSTITUTION:When respective switches SW1 of power source switching control circuits 1a and 4a of either of an A point side transmitting device 1 or a receiving device 4 and power source switching control circuits 3a and 2a of either of a B point side transmitting device 3 or a receiving device 2 are manually inputted, a switch SW2 of the power source switching control circuit is also interlocked and inputted, the power source output of the said power source switching control circuit is turned ON and an always open switch SW3 is closed. Thus, even when the switches SW1 of the said power source switching circuit is not inputted, the power source is turned ON. Thus, transmitting receiving devices 1-4 at the mutual point can make the power source into the ON condition for both systems by the input operation of the switches SW1 of one side device.
