CONSTITUTION:A trunk circuit 3 analyzes the information changed to a packet and then stores the information after deleting an information that is added for transmission of information. Then the circuit 3 extracts the information necessary for a switching connection out of the stored information to transfer it to a control circuit 6. The circuit 6 discriminates a packet terminal 2, selects a communication channel that connects a trunk circuit 4 corresponding to the terminal 2 to the circuit 3, and controls a switch circuit 5 to connect the circuit 3 to the circuit 4. Then the information stored in the circuit 3 is transmitted to the circuit 4 through a communication channel. The circuit 4 transmits the information to the terminal 2 after giving a process necessary for the information.
