Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize a wiring channel and to facilitate a wiring processes by deciding automatically a wiring connecting section between adjacent pins to be set at an equal potential to all power supply pins. CONSTITUTION:A circuit information storing means 4 is used together with a pin sorting means 6, a pin arrangement means 7, a pin selection means 8, and an adjacency deciding means 9. When the means 8 decides the presence of a power supply pin whose connection is not decided yet, this pin is used as a selection pin to extract successively the power supply pins set at the adjacent coordinate positions. Then the power supply wiring connecting sections are decided according to said extracting order of power supply pins so that the minimum wiring length is automatically obtained.
