CONSTITUTION:The material transfer quantity for each sensor 8, 11, 13 and the louver shift quantity by a loop car 9 are calculated in a calculation part 15 from each signal of the position detector 10 of the loop car 9 and the pulse transmitters 8, 11, and 13 which are arranged on the inlet side, center, and outlet side bridle rolls 1-3 in a press roller line. In a trouble judging part 16, the material transfer quantity for each sensor is compared in consideration of the louver shift quantity, and a sensor in trouble is specified, and the generation of trouble is informed to an operator by an output part 18. Therefore, the anomaly of the sensor can be detected during the line operation, and the generation of the defect of a product due to the trouble in a sensor can be prevented.
