Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a noise cut element of simple structure, by coiling or laminating an amorphous alloy thin strips and inserting a lead conductor into its central part and further using resin or the like to unify it. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic alloy of composition shown in a formula (1) is used to compose a thin strip. The thin strip is manufactured in a coiling or lamination type. In the case of the coiling type, the thin strip of prescribed width and thickness is coiled around a bobbin of prescribed diameter as a core member, and this coiling operation of the thin strip is stopped when the coiled part becomes as thick as in a prescribed value, and an appropriate procedure is taken not to uncoil the strip and next the bobbin is drawn out, so that a toroidal core can be obtained. Subsequently the coil is subjected to heat treatment, and next a lead conductor is inserted into its hollow core part, and an electrostatic coating process is performed to coat the periphery of the core and one part of the lead conductor at the same time. In the case of lamination type, ring-shaped strips of prescribed dimensions are stamped from the thin strip and an appropriate number of them are laminated, and a lead conductor is inserted into the hollow core part of this laminated matter and further a resin coating process may be performed for the laminated matter.
