Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a process for reinforcing the insulation of a transfer wire, by counting the number of wound turns and winding an adhesive insulating tape around the transfer wire between coils when continuously winding the coils around a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:When a magnet wire 2 is wound around a bobbin 1 to continuously manufacture a plurality of coils 6a, 6b or the like, the rotational frequency of a spindle 10 is detected by a sensor 14 to count the number of wound turns of the magnet wire 2 by a counter 15. After a prescribed number of turns are wound, the revolution speed of a driver 11 is reduced and an adhesive insulating tape winder 20 is actuated to wind an adhesive insulating tape 22 around the magnet wire. A portion provided with an insulation coating 8a made of the tape 22 serves as a transfer wire 7a between the coils.
