Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the degradation in the measurement accuracy occurring in the conveyance of a test film by executing the spotting of a liquid to be inspected onto the test film, incubation and measurement at one point. CONSTITUTION:The liquid to be inspected is spotted by a nozzle 15 for spotting onto the long-sized test film 3 and after the spotted part is maintained at a prescribed temp. for a prescribed period of time by an incubator 55, the change generated in the spotted part is measured by a photometric part 57. The incubator 55 and the photometric part 57 are provided in the position where the spotting of the liquid to be inspected to the test film is carried out by the nozzle 15 for spotting. The spotting, the incubation and the measurement are thereby executed at one point and the degradation in the measurement accuracy occurring in the conveyance of the test film is obviated. The need for the control to convey the test film to the spotting, incubating and measuring positions successively is eliminated as well.
