Here, conveyance-wise length L of long-sized test film 3 is determined by L>=(nt+1).l wherein necessary length for one spotting is represented by l and a specified incubation time (t) and frequency per unit time of spotting (n). This enables measurement without letting the incubation time block fast processing.
