Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce dispersion in an air-fuel ratio by, in slowing the variation of a fuel supply quantity computed on the number of engine revolutions and intake pressure, increasing its slowing rate according to an increase in load to absorb large pulsation in the fuel supply quantity during the heavy loading of an engine. CONSTITUTION:Detected values given by a throttle sensor 8, an intake pressure sensor 9, a water temperature sensor 12, a O2 sensor 14 and a rotating speed sensor 15 are inputted into a control unit 11, and a basic fuel supply quantity established on the basis of rotating speed and intake pressure is variously corrected to control the valve opening time of a fuel injection valve 10. The control unit 11 weightedly averages a basic fuel injection quantity to slow variating quantity, but the coefficient of weighted mean treatment in this case is established to increase in its value in proportion to the basic fuel supply quantity correspondent to a load to enlarge the slowing rate of the variating quantity.
