Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a tip guide body to be incorporated into the main body of a housing easily and precisely by making a tip guide body of a material of thermoplastic resin mixed with ceramic powder, forming a plurality of guide holes which guide a plurality of dot pins to a predetermined arrangement simultaneously, and inserting a tip guide to form the main body of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A tip guide body 22 is made of a material of thermoplastic resin mixed with ceramic powder. The tip guide body 22 is injection-molded and at the same time, a plurality of guide holes 11 for arrangement of dot pins 7 by means of pins 57 are formed by pouring said material into a cavity 55 of a molding die. After this, the tip guide body 22 is positioned and held by pushing the four corners of said body to guide pins which are set upright at the four corners of a recessed part constituting a cavity 45 of fixed side molding plate 42. Next, both molding plates are assembled and thermoplastic resin is injected into the cavity 45, i.e. around the tip guide body 22 through a runner gate 48 to form the main body of a housing 21. Simultaneously, the tip guide body 22 is fixed and held by insertion molding.
