CONSTITUTION:The composition of a resistor is formed of conductive powder made of tantalum silicide, molybdenum silicide and magnesium silicide, glass powder and silicon powder. The molar ratio of the tantalum silicide and the magnesium silicide is 95:5-50:50, and the molar ratio of the molar sum of the tantalum silicide and the magnesium silicide and the molybdenum silicide is 95:5-50:50. The weight ratio of the conductive powder made of the tantalum silicide, molybdenum silicide and magnesium silicide and the glass powder is 5:95-40:60. Then, the baking peak temperature dependency of its resistance value is reduced, and the temperature coefficient of the resistor is decreased.
