Abstract

PURPOSE:To maximize the variation in the density of a magnetic flux and to completely remove a spatter by arranging a main coil at the tip part side of a nozzle, arranging a sub-coil at the nozzle base end part side as well, flowing a current reversely each other to the main and sub coils and reversing the generating line of a magnetic force mutually. CONSTITUTION:A current is passed simultaneously to a main coil 2 and sub-coil 3 by operating a switch to excite both coils 2, 3. At this time, the direction of the line of a magnetic force generated on both coils 2, 3 is reverse and the line of a magnetic force of the main coil 2 is generate by the line of the magnetic force of the sub-coil 3 so as to concentrate on the inner face of the main coil 2. The variation in the magnetic flux density by this excitation becomes max. between both coils 2, 3. Consequently, the attraction force of a spatter 12 also becomes max. between both coils 2, 3 and the spatter 12 is scattered in the inside of the main coil 2 by this attraction force. Also the durability of the coil is improved because no coil exists in the scattering direction of the spatter 12.
