Abstract

Also a metal back layer 4 and an anchor layer 3 are formed. A transcript material 7 obtained is put over a face plate 8, followed by heating and pressurization, and the adhesive layer is melted fast. Then the base film 1 is defoliated, and the adhesive layer 6, fluorescent substance layer 5, etc., are transcripted on the face plate 8. This face plate 8 is backed to remove organic components other than metal back or fluorescent substance. Thus a fluorescent film is completed.
