Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a fluorescent film excellent in surface flushness effectively by using a transcript material at least equipped with a fluorescent substance layer, thereby transcripting the fluorescent substance layer on a base film having defoliativeness, subjecting the resultant to baking process. CONSTITUTION:By the use of thermoplastic resin a defoliative layer 2 is gravure printed, for ex., on a base film 1 such as plastic film. Then a fluorescent substance layer 5 is, for ex., screen printed by the use of fluorescent substance. An adhesive layer of thermosensitive and pressure sensitive type 6 is formed on a glass material by the use of a resin such a polyamid having good adhesiveness. Also a metal back layer 4 and an anchor layer 3 are formed. A transcript material 7 obtained is put over a face plate 8, followed by heating and pressurization, and the adhesive layer is melted fast. Then the base film 1 is defoliated, and the adhesive layer 6, fluorescent substance layer 5, etc., are transcripted on the face plate 8. This face plate 8 is backed to remove organic components other than metal back or fluorescent substance. Thus a fluorescent film is completed.
