Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to properly maintain the oxygen concentration of indoor air by diffusing air having a high oxygen concentration separated by an oxygen concentrating apparatus into the room by an indoor fan, and discharging residual air having a low oxygen concentration to the outdoors. CONSTITUTION:Of air which has flowed through a suction port 3a, air which has permeated an oxygen enriched membrane 1 by the pressure difference due to a draft resistance of the membrane 1 by the suction force of a blasting blower 4 becomes oxygen enriched air. On the other hand, air which does not permeate through the membrance 1 within a suction chamber 3 becomes oxygen poor air which is sucked out through a discharge port 18 to an outdoor fan 16 and flows out. Oxygen enriched air is sucked into the blasting blower 4 and pressurized and sucked out into the air path of an indoor unit 7 through a discharge port 6 within the indoor unit 7. The oxygen enriched air is mixed with air separating temperature-adjusted, and diffused into the room through a discharge port 10. The concentration of oxygen within the room is detected by a sensor 14, and the rotational speed of a blasting blower 4 is controlled by a blower controller 22 so that the oxygen concentratin becomes a set oxygen concentration and thus a proper indoor oxygen concentration is maintained.
