Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply proper quantities of water and hot water and supply the mixed water having a proper temperature by simply turning a lever by forming a recessed flow groove having a water guide port and a hot water guide port at both edges onto the slide contact surface of a movable plate valve which slidingly moves on a fixed plate valve having a water inlet, hot water inlet, and a discharge port. CONSTITUTION:A fixed plate valve 1 having a water inlet 4, hot water inlet 7, and an outlet 9 is arranged in a valve chamber 17, and a movable valve 2 is slidingly attached onto the upper surface. A flow groove 10 having a water guide port 6 and a hot water guide port 8 at the both edges is formed in blind hole form onto the slide contact surface 3a of the movable valve 2. Therefore, proper quantities of water and hot water can be supplied, and the mixed water having a proper temperature can be supplied by simply turningoperation of a lever 5 connected with the movable valve 2 in the horizontal direction.
