Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to quickly supply the water mixture with set temperature by a method wherein the distance between the valve seats at hot water side and cold water side is rendered to be narrow. CONSTITUTION:Because the distance between the primary valve seat 21 and the secondary valve seat 22 is narrow, the time required for the hot water travelling from the valve seat 21 to a temperature sensitive part 32 nearly equals to the time required for the cold water travelling from the valve seat 22 to the temperature sensitive part 32. The hot water entering in a chamber 1 is led, through the clearance between the valve seat 21 and a control valve body 24 and a through hole 27, to a case 28 and the cold water entering in a chamber 2 is led, through the clearance between the valve seat 22 and the control valve body 24, also to the case 28 and the hot and cold waters mix with each other and flow, while touching with the temperature sensitive part 32 and through the through hole 31 of the case 28 and the through hole 23 of a liner l9, to a water mixture chamber 3. When a closing valve 12 is open, the mixture of the hot and cold waters flows through the closing valve 12 to a discharge part 13 so as to be able to quickly supply the water mixture with set temperature to bath intake faucet and the like.
