Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide stable superconductivity by forming a laminate body of a normally electroconductive substance, oxide superconductor, and another normally electroconductive substance by means of thermal spraying, cutting into a desired shape while the end is melted fast by high energy beam, and thereby accomplishing a wire. CONSTITUTION:By means of thermal spraying method a superconductor layer of oxide tape 2 is formed over a normally electroconductive layer 1a formed by fusion spray, and over this superconductor layer 2 another normally electroconductive layer 1a is formed by thermal spraying process, to accomplish a laminate body in three-layer structure, which is cut into a wire by high energy beam 4, and the cut end is melted fast. This enables easy manufacture of superconductive wire of oxide type covered by normally electroconductive substance and with stable superconductivity in practical service.
