Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase mass productivity as well as to prevent the deformation of a molded product due to the difference in shrinkage between a mold and a viscous material to be molded during cooling, by using a material having adhesion to the material to be molded as the material of the mold. CONSTITUTION:A material having adhesion to a viscous material to be molded is used as the material of a mold. The material to be molded is charged into the mold, press-molded and cooled to a temp. corresponding to the glass transition point of the material to be molded. During the cooling, the surface of the material to be molded is kept in contact with the molding surface of the mold.
