Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispence with quantization of control current detected so as to enable monitoring with high accuracy and without a time delay by integrating the control current to be supplied to a breaker in judging whether the beaker is in normal operation or not, and comparing the analog value to a reference value at every specified points on the way of integration. CONSTITUTION:A control current (i) flowing to a removal coil 1 is detected by a a current sensor 2 and added to an analog filter 3, then the analog amount generated is integrated by an integration unit 13, and thereafter operated in comparison of a reference value shored in a memory unit 8 with reference value at normal time. It is thus judged whether a breaker is in normal operation or not, and the result is displayed on a display 9. In this manner it is possible to eliminate the necessity of an A/D convertor for quantizing the control signal detected and to dispence with data processing of a microprocessor because of simplification of the circuit configuration of the comparator.
