Abstract
PURPOSE:To integrate a mounting member and increase resistances to fatigue and shock, by a method wherein a hooking part is provided at the outer peripheral side of the mounting member at the end of a core member and resin impregnated fibrous material is hooked to wind repeatedly and form an outer tube while a member to be attached is positioned through the hooking part. CONSTITUTION:A small diametral part 11A is formed at both ends of a core member 11 and a mounting member 12 is engaged with the small diametral part 11A to secure it by an adhesive agent. A thread type fibrous material 17, impregnated with a resin, is wound from the outer peripheral surface of the core member 11 to the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 12 to form an outer tube 16, then, these are entered into a curing furnace to cure the resin infiltrated into the fibrous material 17, by heat. A ring 18 is fitted to both ends of the outer tube 16 in a condition that the ring is divided into two pieces, then, the rings are secured by the adhesive agent. Subsequently, the female screw 19A of a screwing member 19 is screwed to the male screw 18A of the ring 18 so as to cover both ends of the outer tube 16 and a hooking part 13 by the tubular part 19b of the screwing member 10 thereby finishing a rod. According to the structure, above described, the fibrous material 17 will never be cut at the half way and the strength of the material 17 may be utilized actively.
