PURPOSE:To obtain cocktail sauce usable for bread instead of butter, by blending vitelli with SAKE (rice wine). CONSTITUTION:Vitelli are blended with SAKE in an amount to make the vitelli wet, seasoning, spice and edible vegetable fats and oils and stirred to give a cocktail sauce.
