Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce selecting operation and to speed up document producing time, by storing a selected KANJI (Chinese character) during the production of a document, and at the time of correction, outputting an optimum stored KANJI. CONSTITUTION:Processing for extracting all KANJI corresponding to respective input contents of a KANJI reading input part 1, a KANJI radical input part 2 and a KANJI code input part 3 is executed by a KANJI conversion processing part 4. The extracted KANJI is displayed on a KANJI selecting/displaying part 5 and an operator is allowed to select an objective KANJI to execute document production. Once selected KANJI is stored in a KANJI selecting order temporary storage part 7, and when the selection of recalled KANJI is instructed, the stored contents are outputted from the storage part 7 to the display part 5. After forming a document by a document producing part 6, the document data are stored in document storing parts 10, 12 and the KANJI inputted by the KANJI selecting means at the time of producing the document is stored in KANJI selecting order storing parts 11, 13 for the document by means of a writing circuit 9. In case of correcting the document data, the contents of the storage parts 11, 12 are extracted to the storage part 7 and corrected by an optimum KANJI.
