Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent nonuniformity in drying from being generated and to shorten a drying time by expediting the drying by projecting an ultrasonic wave on film on which a washing processing is completed. CONSTITUTION:The film 10 on which a washing process 18, 20 is completed is moved to a drying process 22 constituted of an electric heater 22a, a fan 22b, and an ultrasonic oscillator 22c. The ultrasonic oscillators 22c are confronted adjacently to the developing plane on the lower plane of the film 10, and project the ultrasonic wave on the film 10, and wind sent from the fan 22b is heated by the heater 22a, then, it becomes warm wind, and is introduced to the film 10. The ultrasonic wave projected on the film 10 from the ultrasonic oscillator 22c diffuses water droplet attached on the film 10 uniformly by changing to a thin film quickly, and the water droplet is splashed violently, and the drying is expedited with the cooperation of the warm wind.
