PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging efficiency, by a method wherein hightemperature exhaust gas, received into an exhaust gas collecting chamber, is guided along a fan and heat exchanging pipes are constituted so that more exhaust gas flows through the heat exchanging pipes at the side of the fan than the same flowing through the heat exchanging pipes of the other side. CONSTITUTION:High-temperature exhaust gas, entered into an exhaust gas collecting chamber 5 from a combustion chamber, is guided to a flow passage R along a rear wall 5a of the side of a fan 8, enters into the inside of a guide 9 from a communicating port 10, provided on another rear wall 9a, and is sent into heat exchanging pipes 6. In this case, the amount of the high-temperature gas, fed into the heat exchanging pipes 6, becomes more in the heat exchanging pipes 6 nearer to the communicating port 10 or the fan 8 and the flow rate of the exhaust gas flowing through the heat exchanging pipes 6 apart from the fan becomes smaller. On the other hand, airflow passing through the heat exchanging pipes 6 becomes stronger when the heat exchanging pipes are nearer to the fan 8 but the flow rate of the high-temperature exhaust gas becomes larger when the heat exchanging pipes 6 are nearer to the fan 8; therefore, heat exchange in accordance with the flow rate may be effected and heat exchanging efficiency may be improved.
