Then, two frequencies having appropriate peak values are selected on the basis of the displayed frequency spectrum. At this time, the change-over device 6 is changed over. Next, the vibration data and sound pressure data corresponding to the set frequencies and said frequencies are outputted from a memory 21 to be inputted to the first operation means 3. Herein, the acoustic radiation coefficients corresponding to two frequencies are calculated by a computer 31 on the basis of a relation expression and stored in a memory 32. Next, acoustic power is calculated by the computer of the second operation means 4 to be stored in a memory 42 and outputted from an output means 5.
