CONSTITUTION:An internal combustion engine M1 uses the mixed fuel of gasoline and alcohol. In this case, the load of the internal combustion engine M1 is detected by a means M2, and a means M3 comparison judges if the detected load is less than a prescribed value or not. A means M4 detects the concentration of the alcohol in the mixed fuel, and a means M5 comparison judges if the detected concentration of alcohol is less than a standard value or not. Then, the number of times of fuel injection per cycle in the internal combustion engine M1 is detected by a means M6 on the basis of the concentration of alcohol and the load of the internal combustion engine M1.
