Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an electronic control fuel injector of an internal combustion engine with the proper control of the rate of air fuel mixture during idling by varying pulse intervals determined by a control unit, under the manual control of a resistance provided outside the injector.
CONSTITUTION: Receiving a reference voltage from a power supply 3 and a signal from each sensor, a CPU 2 inside a control unit 1 determines pulse intervals at which fuel is injected from a fuel injection valve not illustrated in the drawing. A resistance R2 feasible of being manually controlled during idling is provided inside the unit 1. For adjusting pulse intervals, a resistance varied during the running is input to the CPU2 via a corrective means of an AD converter 5 or the similar.
