Abstract

By this constitution, if a human body, etc. charged with high potential is going to contact with a sheet surface formed of this material, static electricity is collected in the fiber 2 and the electric potential of the charged body lowers by the corona discharge and since the whole sheet is not a conductor, the discharge is not carried out at a stroke by flowing the static electricity and spark generation is prevented. And after contact of the charged body, the static electricity flows to the layer 4 through the fiber 2 and the charged body is promptly removed of electricity.
